How to Set Up the Lost Mary BM6000

1. Remove the stickers and the silicone plugs from the pod and the refill container.
2. Push the refill container firmly into the body of the device, then fit the pod on top.
3. Turn the device upside down for a moment. You will see bubbles move through the container as it starts feeding the pod.
4. Wait about five minutes so the coil is fully soaked, then draw.

Skipping the wait is the most common cause of a burnt first puff. The pod needs those minutes.

How to Refill the Lost Mary BM6000

This is the single most-searched question about the kit, so here is the plain answer: you cannot refill it with e-liquid. "Refill" is the 10ml container that refills the 2ml pod automatically as you vape. Both parts are sealed, and opening them damages the coil and causes leaks. When the window shows the container is empty, you change the pod set.

To change it: pull the upper pod section out, pull the refill container out from below it, and fit the new pod and container the same way you set the kit up, stickers and plugs removed, container pushed in, a moment upside down, then five minutes to soak. Every new set brings a fresh QUAQ coil.

Why Is My Lost Mary BM6000 Not Working?

Run through these before assuming the kit is faulty. Stop using any device that is damaged, unusually hot or leaking.

It will not fire or gives no vapour

Check the battery percentage on the screen. Make sure both silicone plugs and the stickers were removed, the container is pushed fully in, and the pod is seated on top. Pull both out, wipe the contacts dry and refit.

The first puffs taste burnt

The coil was not given time to soak. Turn the device upside down for a moment, then leave it five minutes before trying again. If a set that was working fine now tastes burnt, look at the window: an empty container means the set needs replacing.

Vapour is weak

Either the battery is low or the container is nearly empty. The screen and the window tell you which. If both look fine, pull the pod out and reseat it.

It will not charge

Try another USB-C cable and power source and clear any lint from the port. If the screen shows nothing after an hour on a known-good cable, email us with your order number.

Is the Lost Mary BM6000 Legal in the UK?

Yes. The UK banned single-use disposable vapes on 1 June 2025, which is why the BM600 disposable disappeared. The BM6000 is rechargeable with replaceable pods, so it is allowed.
