Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed on thevapingworld.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights.

1. Who you are buying from

The Vaping World is a trading name of AYP Healthcare Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09701711. Registered office: 160-164 Lancaster Road North, Preston, PR1 2PZ. Email: support@thevapingworld.co.uk.

2. Age and eligibility

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the products are for your own use or for another adult. We use age verification and may cancel any order where we cannot confirm the buyer's age. Our products are intended for existing adult smokers and vapers, not for non-smokers.

3. Products

Our products contain nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance. Product descriptions, strengths and images are provided by the manufacturers and are given in good faith; packaging and colours may vary. All nicotine-containing products sold for the UK market comply with the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or age verification fails. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We take payment when you place your order. If we find an obvious pricing error we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. See our delivery policy for services, timescales and age checks on delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights, including which products cannot be returned once opened, are set out in our returns and refunds policy.

8. Safe use

Use products only as directed by the manufacturer. Store e-liquid and devices out of reach of children and pets, away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not use a device that is damaged, leaking or swollen. Charge devices only with a suitable charger and never leave them charging unattended. Dispose of devices and batteries at a designated recycling point, never in household waste.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, for business losses, or for damage caused by misuse of a product or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.

10. Website content

Product names, logos and images belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse content from this site without permission. We try to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
