- We deliver to UK addresses only and do not ship nicotine products outside the UK.
- Orders are dispatched on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will get an email when your order is on its way, with tracking details where the service is tracked.
- Nicotine products are age restricted. You must be 18 or over, and we may verify your age before dispatch. The courier may also ask for proof of age at the door.
Returns and refunds
- Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order and return it to us within 14 days of that. Goods must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
- For health and hygiene reasons, e-liquids, nic salts, pre-filled pods and kits, replacement pods, coils, nicotine pouches and anything else that touches the mouth or contains liquid cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.
- If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, including return postage.
