Before you use a fresh coil, put a few drops of e-liquid directly onto the exposed cotton, fit it, fill the tank and then leave it standing for five to ten minutes. That soak is what stops the first draw tasting burnt, and skipping it is the single most common reason a new coil is ruined within minutes. Start at the lower end of the wattage range and work up.
When to change it
A coil is a consumable. Most last somewhere between one and two weeks depending on how much you vape, how sweet your e-liquid is and what wattage you run. The signs are consistent: the flavour goes flat or turns harsh, vapour drops off, or you get spitting. Change it at that point rather than pushing on.

Returns and refunds
- Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order and return it to us within 14 days of that. Goods must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
- For health and hygiene reasons, e-liquids, nic salts, pre-filled pods and kits, replacement pods, coils, nicotine pouches and anything else that touches the mouth or contains liquid cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.
- If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, including return postage.
